The Website and App allow hosts to upload parking spot photos, descriptions, availability, and pricing (“Parking Listing Content”). This content is used only within the NovaParking platform to facilitate reservations.
NovaParking does not provide public forums, message boards, chat rooms, or social-media-style posting features. Parking Listing Content is visible only to authenticated users browsing or booking.
By uploading Parking Listing Content, you grant NovaParking a limited, revocable licence to use the content solely to operate the platform, facilitate bookings, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and lawful. NovaParking may remove content that violates policies or law.
The NovaParking platform does not include social media sharing features or integrations.
NovaParking is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects renters with hosts offering parking spaces. NovaParking does not own, operate, or control parking spaces and is not a party to the parking agreement between renters and hosts.
Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy and condition of the parking listing; renters are responsible for parking in the designated spot and adhering to rules.
NovaParking does not own, manage, or control parking spaces and is not responsible for property damage, vehicle damage, theft, or disputes between hosts and renters.
Bookings are generally non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise. If a renter arrives and the parking space is unavailable, inaccessible, or occupied, the renter must contact NovaParking as soon as possible and before the booking ends. NovaParking may require evidence such as photographs.
If NovaParking determines that the service failed due to a host or space issue, NovaParking may, at its discretion, provide a remedy including wallet credit, refund to the original payment method (where legally required), relocation assistance, or rescheduling. In such cases, host payouts may be withheld or adjusted.
Hosts may be required to complete a verification process before listing a space and/or receiving payouts. Verification may include submission of parking spot photographs and documents demonstrating ownership or control of the space, such as proof of ownership, lease or rental agreement, or a utility bill.
Personal information collected for verification purposes is used strictly for identity verification, fraud prevention, safety, and compliance. NovaParking does not sell this information and does not use it for marketing purposes.
Applicable taxes and service fees may be charged in connection with bookings and payouts. NovaParking is not responsible for a user's individual tax obligations.
We have no obligation, nor any responsibility to any party to monitor the Website or its use, and do not and cannot undertake to review material that you or other users submit to the Website. We cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted and we have no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party, subject to applicable laws.
